Sold by Zalora – Such items being shipped from overseas are charged ₱99 if the order is above ₱1995 and the orders under it are charged ₱199. For the items being shipped locally are charged ₱149, but if you order above ₱1695 the delivery fee will be ₱49.
Sold by Seller – The shipping made locally or from overseas is charged ₱149 on orders below ₱1495 and orders above it are delivered for FREE. The essentials are also delivered for FREE and if the order values are below ₱1995 then ₱149 is levied as delivery fee.
Cancellation and Return Policy
The supreme class of delivery service ensures no issues arise while delivering and Zalora also ensures the quality of products before dispatching them. The order can be canceled if it isn’t dispatched yet. But if you received damaged, faulty, or wrong items; then you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the received order. The returned item should be in original condition, unused and unwashed.

Refund Policy
Once you have made the return by following the return guidelines stated by return policy. Then, you will receive the refunds for it, once it’s approved. The refund is made back to your Credit Card, PayPal, or Google Pay account within 14 days; your debit card within 30-45 days and the Wallet Credit and Gcash are refunded instantly. If the aforementioned options are not available then a Back Transfer can be made.
